Happy Mother’s Day to you, as well!
Hi Lori, I love your quilting and the art and photos you share. I want to help you figure out why sometimes you send out double posts. Now it seems to be happening on the weekends, plus I got two of your announcement of your new book yesterday. I’m thinking there might be something different about these posts that will help you identify and eliminate the doubling. It’s no big deal if you can’t figure it out, but I thought you’d want to know….
Lori, Me too. But all the time, not just weekends. Happy Mothers’ Day
Lori’s been struggling with this one for a long time; I worked in the computer industry for 25 years and I feel for her. This sort of problem can drive a person to the brink. It might be some sort of software glitch that is very difficult to find. I have both an email address and an alias email address so I receive four every time. I just delete the extras and forget about it. No skin off my nose.
Lori’s ideas, beautiful fine art and photography are what I care about (and her of course!)
Hi Brenda. I have just hired a new company to fix this. Hopefully by next week!
Sincerely I hope the new people can get to bottom of it.I have been reading the blog for 5 plus years now and receiving doubles for about 2 years. My cost accountant Spouse Man figured out the time I spend with deleting from Inbox and then from the Trash… adds up to about 4 hours per year. What would you do if someone offered you 8 free hours? It doesn’t seem to be a big deal to just click delete once a day. Siiigh! Thank you Lori for doing what you can to get to the bottom of the mystery. I appreciate it.
Happy Mother’s Day, Lori. VanGogh’s “roses” are the perfect symbol for the day.
I’ve never gotten doubles. I use Chrome if that is any help. Happy Mother’s Day.
This painting is so pretty.
There’s something about this painting that makes me think of quilts and quilting. Wonder what he would have thought of the work being done these days.
I never get doubles. I use safari.
Thanks for the Roses by Vincent Van Gogh. Excited by your new book. Happy Mother’s Day to you. Always enjoy your post and teachings. Gail
