Lori, I enjoy every one of your motifs, but I would love to be proficient in feathers and swirls. Are feathers old fashioned? If they are, then I am, too. I wish I could make quilts fast enough to use all your motifs

My favorite is your spool of thread motif. It’s easy enough for a beginner like me, and is great for gifts for quilting friends! I would like to see more sewing motifs! maybe a pin cushion or a needle and thread. :c)

I would like to see Fleur de Lis motifs.
I would also like to see flowers of the Bible motifs… such as Lily of the Valley and Rose of Sharon.
I would also like to see Dogwood blossoms and leaves.

It would be wonderful to see CATS…in numerous positions…sitting, curled up sleeping, hunched back, etc. I must say, I have lots of quilt tops to sandwich and quilt. So, I am tempted to just get them done and out of the way. Then, I’d love to practice your techniques on a small scale and catalog them for easy reference.

What about a freemotion design of seahorse shapes, Lori? I am planning a beach quilt one day and it would not be complete without my beloved seahorses! I would love to be able to do both a fill design as well as a border one. The fill could be fun with pebbles, seaweed, etc. Yep, I’m getting inspired just talking about it!!!

Love feathers but no matter how much I practice, they start ok and then go down hill, fast. Fall is my favorite season and would love to see some fmq tutorials on maple or oak leaves and feathers.

I found a motif of a purple heart medal. It got tricky when the lines were close. I used it on thecorners of my brothers Quilt of Valor. I put one on reach corners to signify his being wounded 3 times in Vietnam. And the 4th. corner got my signature
