Thank you Lori for helping to spread the word about breast cancer and the importance of early detection. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner and regularly lead teams for “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.” I made an opportunity quilt each year that helped our teams raise thousands of dollars for the cause! I am in awe of your efforts to improve our health in so many ways – you are amazing!!

Lori, as always, you put the Pretty into the Pink with your enthusiasm! I get a lot of emails, but I ALWAYS make sure to read yours, as there is something that is related to my day in them and today is no exception. I just made my yearly appointment for my mammogram, right before I read my emails! Pink has been my favorite color as long as I can remember! Your sampler above just makes it all more beautiful and THANK YOU for the give away, as well as Sulky! And as Audrey Hepburn said: “I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.”
Let’s all believe in Pretty in Pink!

My cousin was given less than 5% chance of survival. She beat those odds! I am a lover of all things pink because it is the color that represents beating the disease that has ravished women’s body far too long. Pretty in Pink is a wonderful tribute to women. Thank you.
