    Thank You LORI; do you have ‘INDIAN SUMMER’ in MN? We’re off to the mountains to savor the changing colours this week. Blessed week.

    I think that I shall never see
    A poem lovely as a tree.
    A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
    Against the earth’s sweet flowing breast;
    A tree that looks at God all day,
    And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
    A tree that may in Summer wear
    A nest of robins in her hair;
    Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
    Who intimately lives with rain.
    Poems are made by fools like me,
    But only God can make a tree.

    Your picture brought this back. It’s been a LOOONG time since I had to memorize it in school. I didn’t remember the content, only that I had liked it. Thanks for the link that brought it back to me.

    What a great perspective of a tree. I felt like when a squirrel realizes how far he has to climb. Trees bring such joy when you begin to look and study them thank you

    Your ideas and work are always wonderful, but the pumpkin and leaves are over the top. You are such an inspiration. Thank You.

    Perfect example of a complementary color scheme! Isn’t nature wonderful?! (And isn’t Lori wonderful for capturing it so perfectly and sharing it with us?!! Thank you, Lori!)
