    Just lovely! I enjoyed how the red in her pinafore picks up the red of the hollyhocks.

    So sweet! Her facial features are exquisite but she looks a tad unhappy as if to say, “Will I ever get this finished?”
    The artist has the ability to make the foreground (the girl) look almost live, while the background fades away a bit. It makes his artwork look almost photographic.
