Sewing Images, It's the Little Things

It’s the little things in life that make us the most happy, don’t you think?  This week, all of my children will be home at the same time…

It doesn’t happen very often these days, so I am enjoying it while I can.

What are the “little things” in your life that make you happy?

A simple joy for me is sharing the day with my hubby when he is off of work, Getting a few moments to myself to quilt, spending time shopping with my Mom, family and crafts are my little things to enjoy.

Like you, my simple joys are time related!

My little joys are when I have my two grandsons (both almost 5 years old, no not twins!) — I don’t get both at the same time very often, but they are a delight! 🙂

Five year old boys have got to be a lot of fun (and a lot of ENERGY!)

I love the birds, too. Always trying to see how many I can identify by their chirps.

Having all the girls home is like having “birds chirping” IN the house! I am delighted to have them home!

Wow! All your kids at home?? That’s not a little thing! 🙂 Enjoy, and have a wonderful weekend! I’m like you… for me, having my children (who are grown & married now) come visit is the bestest of times! 🙂

It is so surprising how quickly they’ve scattered! I love having them all home!

Other than our very busy grandson, I enjoy waking up and watching the sun rise over the mountain.

That sounds beautiful! Where do you live? Do you photograph the sunrise or just enjoy the moment?
