Lori, I just saw this post, and it’s quite a coincidence that I had taken some pictures of a white heron or egret on my lawn. If I can ever figure out how to take pictures off my phone, I’ll send you a couple. This is a job for my personal IT guy, my son!
It’s now August 2015; however, I want to say how much I love your photograph of the Egret. We have then here where I live in western Washington, but they are grey — grey and beautiful. Love to you.
