The first time I tried to open this I got ” permission denied”
Stunning! Thank you for sharing.
Looks like a very romanic place to go.
Lovley shadows and colors! You captured Venice!
Did you take your professional camera or are these amazing photos taken with your phone. I am truly enjoying your photographic album of Italy. Thank-you
I decided to leave my “big camera” home. These photos are taken with my iPhone.
They are amazing I know modern technology has advanced but, the eye of the beholder who clicks the shutter reveals the true beauty of the subject. Congratulations on such wonderful ‘pics’.AND thanks for sharing with all of us.
Venice, A photographer’s dream, and boundless quilting inspirations! I am so happy you had this opportunity. I will go back to my own pictures for my next art quilt.
Beautiful picture! One question, how do the people get into and out of their boats with no apparent dock?
There are docks. But I think many boats just pull up to the “curb”. I’m not really certain!
Thanks, Lori. Those columns on the terra cotta building are beautiful. I wonder what the story is on the yellow/white building? Fun to speculate—did the painter run out of paint; does one person own the top and one own the bottom of the building, and the one on the bottom didn’t like the yellow paint? Did the wife decide she wanted to paint the building yellow, so the husband started painting and was that far when she said she didn’t like it, paint it back white. And he said, forget it (maybe not in exactly those words).
