This picture brought a smile to my face. I saw one near my car heading for a mud puddle in my driveway. So much rain the past month he (or she) decided to take a quarter mile adventure to my temporary pond.

We have an article in today’s paper discussing turtles vs tortoises! Since your little friend has its head and legs pulled all the way in, she may be a tortoise! Ha.
Anyway, thanks for sharing and please spread the word that “they” are dear to our world! Sea turtles are endangered!!!!!
Love the pic. About two weeks ago I saved a turtle in the middle of the road. A few cars behind me but they all were patient while I placed the turtle back into the pond.
