It makes me think of coming home from a relative’s house, Dad driving the old two-tone Rambler, Mom next to him & my sister and I lying in the back seat watching the early evening sky grown darker. By the time we got home, we’d both be asleep so Dad carried us up to bed. We’d wake up in the morning barely remembering being put to bed. Such sweet memories!
I love the blue sky, the changing leaves and that beautiful barn,
I need to find a sign like this and hang it over hubbs and my bed????????
His name is Rex. haha
Happy Sunday Lori

Sunday drives in the country, Oh how I remember.

Ah Sunday drives, laying in the back car window and watching all the tops of the trees go by!

This just screams “peaceful countryside vista”, like I always admired on our Sunday drives when I was very young.
