Reminds me of a small lake in Marshfield ( in town) where the Canadas gather, sometimes white swans stop by too. Had one of my most exciting and productive photo shoots there 25 years ago. Thanks for stirring up that pleasant memory..as we wait for this storm today to pass by/over us.

Beautiful. We get to really enjoy the geese in the spring and fall as they only fly over our house at meal time here in Rosemont,MN. I call our area the Bed and Breakfast as they migrate north and south.

We love ducks also. We live backed up to a small lake (or large pond) where Muscovee ducks abide.

“Silent Sunday” + Canadian goose. I think that is an oxymoron. There is a flock of them that live here almost full time I think, and I used to live in another area where there was a full time flock. They aren’t SILENT! They are the noisiest bunch of birds. Even at night. Don’t misunderstand. I do like them, but please…. let me sleep.

Lovely photo. I took in a deep breath and just relaxed into it.
