Fields and fields of them remind me of southern France
When the flowers are finished we leave the heads in the garden to feed the birds and squirrels with the seeds. I love the really tall flowers with loads of heads. Spectacular!
Some near us in our rural area planted 2 acres of sunflowers this year.. So enjoyable from the road. i wanted to walk among them… Thank you for this lovely close up.
