    This is an exquisite painting with exceptional use of light and shadow. The colors are lovely and it looks almost as if it were a photo taken with a special lens to “soften” it. (if there is such a thing – I’m no photographer).

    If my embroidery thread was as tangled as hers, the look on my face would NOT be that calm! 😁
