    I love the paintings you show in this theme. How do you find them? I don’t remember ever seeing a painting of someone sewing in any gallery, and yet you find new ones week after week. Thank you!

    What a wonderfully different life they lived in those days, the ladies of the “gentility”. So, in essence, I love the peacefulness of their existence and it shows in their whole demeanor. Not all of them, mind you, and not all of the time, but…most often.
