    Hmm, never saw this artist before. I would love to see what she is working on. Always have loved Swedish embroidery. She is really close to the fire…getting sleepy lady? Does she have a design on her fabric or is she looking at the flower bouquet for the inspiration? The flowers are holding up well to be near fireplace. I finally figured out the little black marks above her fabric is a striped bow under her collar.

      The journal or book was used as a place to sign the painting, which I think is a clever way of making the signature part the art.
