Book PRE-ORDERS! Shipping in June!
I am humbled by the overwhelming response to the upcoming release for my new book, 25 Days to Better Machine Quilting!
The orders have been pouring in to my Etsy shop, and we have order from all 50 states and seven countries!
We are all anxious and excited to see the book–however, please remember that you have placed PRE ORDERS! The book will be released the first week of June. As soon as I receive the books from Martingale, I will begin shipping to YOU!
So if you haven’t received a shipping notice, it’s because we don’t have the books yet!
Bluprint/Craftsy Update
As many of you have heard by now, NBC has decided to phase out Bluprint–formerly known as Craftsy. I am deeply disappointed. John Levisay, the CEO of Craftsy sent a letter to instructors on Friday and followed up with a letter to students on Saturday (check your mailbox!). In the second letter he said NBC plans to pro-rate and make refunds to subscribers and are working on a solution for people who purchased individual (forever) classes. Perhaps they will send a flash drive or DVD? I’m just guessing (and hoping).
I will update you as I know more!

Thanks for the info on Blueprint. Although I have bought several classes from them, including one of yours, the only communication I have received from them in the last week was an invitation to enrol in more classes! They will be hearing from me!

Will the sponsored tutorials that are on the Bernina blog also show up on your blog at some point? It would be nice to only have one place to look. Also, I was looking for the dragonfly motif the other day, and it isn’t under the bugs/animals heading, but when I did a search, it did come up. Are you still adding things to categories, or did poor Mr. Dragonfly get missed? Last question (for now, anyway ; )): is there a way I am not seeing to get to your entire blog archives? It seems like it is harder to get to anything but the current blog post lately, especially ones from quite awhile ago.

I used some of these cute cars on my calendar quilt that I finished…last year?
Never thought about a convertible, though. Since I drive one of those, I’d better give it a try!!
