    The face on this knitter is so delicate! How exciting would it be to marry a man that has the same passion as yourself! After 49 years of marriage maybe I could could suggest to the hubby he pick up my passion for quilting! It’s a thought that will never be realized😂

    Hmmm, do I see a pregnant tummy? 🙂 You can see 14 of Prellwitz’s paintings at The Athenaeum…what a varied subject matter ! I like her handling of fabric in “Elegy”. My favorite is “An Early Morning Stroll.” The “Young Woman Knitting” is such a dark painting but was not uncommon in that era. It is curious to me that the chair is painted the same color as her yarn!
