How exciting would it be to marry a man that has the same passion as yourself! After 49 years of marriage maybe I could could suggest to the hubby he pick up my passion for quilting! It’s a thought that will never be realized😂 Hmmm, do I see a pregnant tummy? 🙂 You can see 14 of Prellwitz’s paintings at The Athenaeum…what a varied subject matter ! I like her handling of fabric in “Elegy”. My favorite is “An Early Morning Stroll.” The “Young Woman Knitting” is such a dark painting but was not uncommon in that era. It is curious to me that the chair is painted the same color as her yarn! Oops. The Athenaeum.org This is really pretty. Thank you Lori for always finding these gems and sharing Comments are closed.
