Scrambled, fried, poached,  deviled, souffled, soft-boiled, hard-boiled, sunny side up, pickled, basted, shirred….

Omelets, eggs Benedict, egg foo yung…

It doesn’t matter how you cook them, they’re delicious….

and…PHOTOGENIC!
