It’s official!

Selfie  is The Oxford Dictionaries Word of the Year 2013.   Read about the selection process and the runners-up HERE.

A selfie is a photo one has taken of oneself usually with a smart phone or a webcam.  Read more HERE.

    Is that what that’s called! I admit I have done a rare one. DH did one and put it on my phone, it looks like a mug shot!

  • Only when making fun of other selfies … especially when they (usually young girls) make the duck face, too!

  • Yes, last week as a matter of fact. Selfies are here to stay so we might as well embrace them.
