    My father-in-law had insight on this type of building ! He and mom-in-law loved to ride the back roads of Wisconsin during their retirement. When we visited, they would take us on their favorite routes.. He always pointed out to us the houses which had modern, inexpensive type “air conditioning” !! Thanks for the memory, I miss them both.
