Couldn’t find the translation button, so wasn’t able to read about the artist, however the subject is intent on her stitching!

The detail in her clothing and hair is masterful. You can almost feel the lace on the shoulders, those little holes that create the design.
I remember those days … paper pattern and little chrome-shiny scissors.

To see more paintings just Google his name. He has an excellent eye for architecture, super pencil drawings too.

wonderful painting. Very sweet, probably his daughter as artistry does run in the family most of the time. Now I will go and read some dutch (mine is very rusty)

My computer showed a small drop down menu at the top of the screen asking me if I wanted it translated.
