    Dear Lori,
Thank you for providing such a wonderful exposure to art through a topic that I am interested in. I do not consider art as one of my gifts but I am enjoying the perspectives that you are sending! I find that I would like to see more and it is a goal to see more of the art museums for more textile related artwork. Thank you.

A beautiful study of lace, on her dress and on the curtains. And the light and shadows on the bodice of her dress are beautifully rendered. Not easily done. It demonstrates this artist’s abilities very well. Masterful.

Every time I see one of these pictures, I think that I should reproduce it in fabric. I love that you post these magnificent works of art.

Merry Christmas to you and yours.
