Good Morning, Quilters!
I’m sure Day Three of our Pets and Quilt Show will put a smile on your face!
I take solace in knowing that I’m not the only one that buys lint rollers in bulk to keep in my sewing room!
These photos require no introduction…

Linda Warren’s 14-year-old chocolate lab “Bailey” will hop up on any bed or couch that has a quilt! (From Calgary, Alberta Canada)
Thank you to all who participated–including the models.
Please give them a special bone or catnip from all of us!
I’m a bit envious of those who have pets they can allow on their quilts. Our current gang is comprised by a cat prone to retaliatory incontinence, a neurotic dog who has chewed quilts to shreds, and an Olympic-class shedder. For many years now, all of our pets have been rescues and foundlings, often with past experiences that cause a variety of undesirable behavior. We love them nonetheless, but let them on the quilts? No way.
My two cats were banned from the sewing room when I discovered something really weird in the litter box one day….. my little female had eaten a long strip of fabric with misty fuse on it, only to, fortunately, poop it out! That was too scary for me. I do miss them in there, especially when she cries at the door. Oh well. Gotta keep them both safe.

Great to see so many animal lovers. They deserve their own quilts for all the love they give.
