When you’re out and about today (jaunting?)…you may want to stop at the Farmers’ Market. Sadly, here in Minnesota, several of my favorite Farmers’ Markets are closing this week. Another sign that summer has ended…but, again fall has its own rewards…sweaters, apples, acorn squash and the ever-photogenic pumpkin! I can’t wait to put on my Irish knit sweater — you know, the one that feels like a house coat and makes you look 20 pounds heavier…I have three! I can’t wait to put one on and go apple picking! (We’ll save pumpkin picking until the girls are home for break.)
