In 1965, I saw this at the world’s fair in NYC. I was 10. As the walkway took us past this sculpture (close enough to touch), it appeared out of the dark illuminated by spotlights. It sucked the breath out of me. The glow from the inside of the marble is indescribable. His sculptures have to be seen in person as the quality of marble is almost alive.
