Good Morning, Quilters, Doggies and Kitties!

Grab a cup of coffee and a few kibbles, you’re in for a real treat…

We have another episode of Dogs, a few Cats, and Quilts–(more on Monday, too!)

Our pets certainly LOVE to get right in on the action…

If these pets had opposable thumbs, I think they’d be quilters!

Enjoy!!!

Remember,

You can trust your dog to guard your house, but never trust your dog to guard your sandwich!

  • So cute, enjoyed.

That little kitty “Skye” is the sweetest kitty I’ve seen in a long time. If I saw a little black sweetie with golden eyes like that at our local shelter, I wouldn’t be able to hold fast to my “no more kitties” rule!

  • I think our pets know there is another love in our lives that is competing with them for our attention—so they have to get right in the middle of the project. Sort of like they are saying, “pick me, pick me!” Love them all.

SO cute! How do send a pic of my pet?

Are the pics ever cute. I have an American Eskimo, and when I am sewing she wants to be a lap dog and thinks I should pay attention to just her. She loves my Heritage quilt. Did I mention that she is all white and sheds a lot.

      Ugh! Don’t they all?!

  • Tavette

Proves how much we love our furry family members. We spend hours/months making something and when done – they waltz over and lay right on it. Hey – it’s a compliment from your best friend that they like your work.

  • FYI. 5 photo links were not working at the end. lots of fun to see.

  • Love these pictures . . . pets and quilting, so much joy all together in each of these homes.

  • Love the photos! A great book for dog lovers is The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein…

  • Kathy Stockbridge

I would love to send in a picture of my dogs and quilts too. Where and how? Thanks!

Really enjoyed the pet photos. We no longer have any, but enjoy our granddogs/kitties: Belle, Cinnamon, BJ, Munchkin, Buddy, Charlie, China, Miss Kitty, Tiger, Bootsie and Panda. Pets do bring such joy. Thanks for sharing.

  • Great photos! Pets are so good to have around and these photos bring a smile to your face! Such fun! Christine x

  • Our pets take as much pleasure in our passion as we do. My dogs loves nothing better than to snuggle under one of my quilts. Thanks for sharing those photos with us x
